Pregnant – so what?
Pragnant! So what? (in English)
Based on the film Juno
Juno is sixteen and pregnant. She finally tells her parents about the situation – and also about her plan to give the baby up for adoption to a couple. Together with her father, she meets Mark and Vanessa, who have been hoping for a child for years. As her pregnancy
progresses, relationships become strained and new questions arise. Nothing goes as smoothly as Juno had imagined.
A heartwarming play about choices, growing up, friendship, and love – performed by young people who show just how much strength teenagers can have.

About the Acting Lab:
The Acting Lab was launched by Laurenz Knill in autumn 2024 as part of Napern. Under his leadership, young people with and without acting experience spent six months working on texts, exercises, and personal development – with the goal of strengthening
their personalities through theatre.
With “Pragnant! So what?”, the Acting Lab now presents on Sunday 31.08 at 19:00 its first public showcase of this work. Followed by a Napern intern showcase on Monday 01.09 at 17:30. On Monday, 8th September, the next round begins, featuring acting exercises, games,
scene work, and a play with the option of a showcase. Rehearsals take place at Verdensteateret as well as in the rooms of Napern.
The program is aimed at teenagers between 13 and 18 years old, and participation is free.
All interested participants are warmly invited to the kick-off at Verdensteatret on 8.th of
September at 17:30. Meeting point is Napern.
A big thank you for the support and Sponsoring to Verdensteateret and the Sparebankstiftelsen BV.
